Registration
Create your company account. This requires the following information:
- First and last name
- Jungheinrich customer ID
- Phone No.
- Company name
- Email address
- Password of your choice
Please use this information to contact your Jungheinrich sales man.
Maintenance or repair – tell us through the app
By scanning the QR code, you can easily identify the vehicle in need of servicing. Your request can aim at repair, maintenance or inspection as well as oil and battery service. In addition, you can add a description in your own words or specify a time for an appointment. Photographs can also be attached. As soon as you’ve sent your request, you will receive a confirmation email. This intuitive handling is very time efficient: You avoid long phone calls and we still receive all the information we need.
